Before you begin
- The Enneagram is an old and wise map of human behaviour. It brings together psychology and coaching wisdom to help us understand why we do what we do.
- It helps us notice the patterns and habits that can get in the way of being our truest selves. When we see these patterns more clearly, we can relate to ourselves, others, and life with more openness and choice.
- As you explore your style, try to be honest with yourself. Sometimes who we want to be, or how we hope others see us, is a little different from what is true. The more real you can be, the more accurate your result will be.
- No Enneagram style is better or worse than another. Every style has strengths, challenges, and growth opportunities. Some insights may feel uncomfortable at first, but staying curious can lead to real freedom and personal growth.
- When answering, it can help to think back to how you were in your 20s, rather than focusing only on how you are today. This often gives a clearer picture of your core Enneagram style.
