OUR JOURNEY
Since our inception, NGT has grown into a reputable leadership coaching company with a dedicated team of 13 professional coaches, trainers, and interns. Each team member brings a wealth of expertise and a shared commitment to the NGT mission. Our goal is to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential, fostering sustainable growth and transformative change.
OUR IMPACT
NGT has partnered with over 50 institutions across various sectors, including the private and public sectors and non-profit organizations. Our Workplace Effectiveness Mentorship Training Programme (WEMP) has transformed the lives of more than 300 young people at the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), who now thrive as role models in their communities.

Celebrating 20 Years of Coaching!
I’m grateful to mark 20 years as a Leadership and Personal Growth Coach! Over the past two decades, I’ve supported incredible individuals on their growth journeys, helping them awaken to their Dignity, Aliveness, Possibilities, and Purpose.
This milestone celebrates the transformative connections, breakthroughs, and courageous steps taken by those I’ve worked with. Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue empowering individuals and teams to grow, thrive, and lead with impact.
I’m trained in multiple integrative methodologies including:
- Executive Coaching (ACMC) through the International Society of Neuro-Semantics
- Deep Coaching (Certified Practitioner with the Deep Coaching Institute – USA)
- Narrative Enneagram Teacher (accredited through the Enneagram Worldwide Narrative Tradition. USA)
- Mind-Body Coaching (with the Embody Lab. USA )
- Process Work & Deep Democracy, studied under Dr. Stephen Schuitevoerder (2005–2011). I use this methodology to facilitate diversity and resolve team conflict.
