Since our inception, NGT has grown into a reputable leadership coaching company with a dedicated team of 13 professional coaches, trainers, and interns. Each team member brings a wealth of expertise and a shared commitment to the NGT mission. Our goal is to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential, fostering sustainable growth and transformative change.

OUR IMPACT

NGT has partnered with over 50 institutions across various sectors, including the private and public sectors and non-profit organizations. Our Workplace Effectiveness Mentorship Training Programme (WEMP) has transformed the lives of more than 300 young people at the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), who now thrive as role models in their communities.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

NURTURING GROWTH MANAGING DIRECTOR

Alicia S Pieterse, the founder of NGT, is a Professional Depth Coach passionate about unlocking leadership potential in individuals and teams. She is one of four qualified Deep Coaching Professionals in Africa and is also a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Trainer with 18 years of experience. Alicia has coached over 200 individuals and numerous leadership teams, positively impacting multiple institutions and families.

Alicia’s journey began in 2010 with the Enneagram, leading to her certification as an Enneagram Teacher in 2012 and a Certified Deep Coach in 2013. She started facilitating leadership coaching seminars in 2013 as a way of giving back after her own profound transformation.

Deep Coaching combines coaching with the Enneagram personality style system, unlocking inner greatness, creating positive internal shifts, and having an external impact.
